Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. If there's any particular reason why, please do tell me, as I'd love to help you out with it. If you really want to cancel though, go to your profile using the 'Profile' button in the sidebar on the homepage. Next, go to 'Plans & Billing' in the top bar. You'll see a red button labeled 'Cancel my account'. You can use this to cancel your subscription.
